This website, pdcqatar.com, is operated by The Dive Center WLL, trading as Poseidon Dive Center Qatar (commercial registration no. 54069), located at LG Floor, Hilton Doha, West Bay, Doha, Qatar. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Poseidon Dive Center Qatar.

2. What information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you fill in a registration, “express your interest” or contact form, we collect your name, phone number and email address, and any message you write.
  • Information collected automatically: when you visit, we collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived, using cookies and similar tools (see section 6).
  • WhatsApp: if you click our WhatsApp button, you leave our site and your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not ask for medical information through this website. [If you collect registration or medical questionnaires in person at the center, they will be stored digitally on https://www.pandadoc.com

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiries and contact you about courses, trips and bookings.
  • To register you for the course or activity you asked about.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We use your contact details for marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can stop at any time.

4. Children

We run courses for children. If you enter a child’s details on our forms, we assume you are their parent or legal guardian and are allowed to give us that information. We use it only to arrange the child’s course.

  • Hosting and email delivery providers, which store the website and send form notifications.

  • Authorities, where we are legally required to share information.

Some of these providers are located outside Qatar, so your information may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

We keep form submissions and enquiry details for period of 24 months] after our last contact with you, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. Analytics data is kept for period set in Google Analytics 48 months].
